Tire returns & cancellations
Plain rules for tires bought online from Mr. Memo Auto and picked up or installed at our shop in North York. Effective October 2026.
Before we confirm your order: cancel free
When you pay online, your card is held, not charged. We check stock and fit and confirm by email, usually within one business day. Until then you can cancel for any reason by calling or emailing us, and the hold is released in full.
After confirmation: 30 days to return unmounted tires
Once confirmed, your tires are ordered in your name and delivered to our shop. If you change your mind, bring the tires back to 800 Arrow Road Unit 1 within 30 days of your pickup or installation date. Tires must be unmounted, unused and in the condition they arrived in. We refund the tire price and the tire recycling fee to the card you paid with, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
Installed tires cannot be returned
A tire that has been mounted on a wheel or driven on cannot be resold, so installation and mounting charges are not refundable and installed tires are not returnable. Every tire carries its manufacturer's treadwear and defect warranty, and we handle the claim with the maker for you. Bring the car in and we will inspect the tire.
Wrong tire or damaged on arrival
If we delivered a tire that differs from your order, or it arrives damaged, tell us at pickup or at your installation appointment and we replace it or refund it in full, including any installation charge already paid.
Exchanges
Within the same 30 days you can exchange unmounted tires for another size or model. You pay or are refunded the difference in price.
Add-on services
Wheel alignment, seasonal storage and other services booked with your tires are charged only when performed. Cancel or move your appointment any time before it and nothing is owed for the service.
How to cancel or return
Call (647) 501-6039, email fleet@mrmemoauto.ca, or bring the tires to Mr. Memo Auto, 800 Arrow Road Unit 1, North York, ON M9M 2Z8, Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm and Saturday 7:30 am to 2 pm. Have your order number ready; it is in your confirmation email.
